Execution of field topographic and geotechnical surveys with borehole drilling and laboratory testing of the samples within 50,000 m2 area for improvement of x-ray scanning equipment at the Poti port customs check point on Trans-Caspian international transport route. Elaboration of survey report and drawings.

Smit Lamnalco carried out the replacement of underwater oil hoses at the Baku-Supsa Oil Pipeline. IDC's scope included assembling hoses for the new SPM and providing various equipment such as cranes, forklifts, motorboats, generators, lighting towers, and containers. Additionally, IDC supplied key personnel, including a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Site Supervisor, Hose Assembly Supervisor, Hose Assembly Technician, HSE Officers, Lifting Supervisors, Riggers/Slingers, and PACE terminal operations staff. The work was successfully performed at Poti Port, Georgia.

LLC Oceaneering is carrying out replacement of SPM at Baku-Supsa Oil Pipeline. IDC scope is to assemble hoses for New SPM and dissemble hoses of old SPM. IDC provides various equipment (cranes, forklifts, motorboats, generators, lighting towers, containers etc.) for the Client. Also, IDC is providing various category personnel, such as Project Coordinator, Project manager, Site Supervisor, Hose assembly Supervisor, Hose Assembly Technician, HSE Officers, Lifting Supervisors, Riggers / Slingers etc. IDC scope includes onshore works of SPM replacement. The works are performed at Poti Port in Georgia.

IDC successfully completed the car parking arrangement project for the US Embassy. The scope of work included the provision and installation of 120 l.m. of metal fence sections and modification of the existing fence, fabrication and installation of an automatized sliding door, and installation of a metal frame LGF booth. Additionally, IDC constructed a storm water drainage system for the parking area, including connection to the existing system and construction of a storm water collector pit with metal grills. The area was prepared and paved with 800 sq.m of asphalt, and vehicle stopper barriers were installed and painted to complete the project.

The works include servicing, maintenance, testing/verification, repairing, asset registry, providing asset identification tags and where required re-placement, of infrastructure, buildings, services and equipment of Baku-Supsa and Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipelines and South Caucasus Gas Pipeline. This shall include without limitation to: Buildings, Physical Security installations and high pole perimeter lights, Roads, paving’s, walkways and hard standings within perimeter fencing of worksites, All lighting and illumination fixtures and fittings, Television system, including required cable TV licenses, hardware, Set Top Boxes, Recreational facilities, Mechanical installations, Electrical Installations including primary power generation and distribution, Fire and life safe systems and modules, including appliances, Voice and data systems, All graded and paved roads inside the worksites, Security systems including fences and other ancillary equipment, Installed capital equipment including but not limited to Power Generators, Power Distribution, Potable Water, Sewage Treatment, Site Drainage System, HVAC, Hot & Cold Water, Automatic Fire Detection System, and Firewater System (excludes Security Systems). catering and laundry equipment, traffic management systems, and the like.

The works include modifications and repair of the building. Modification/repair of the existing building includes: arrangement of new partitions with block walls and gypsum board structure; upgrade kitchen and toilet spaces, renovation of painted walls, arrangement power networks, lighting, data networks, video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarm detection system.

Civil works - temporary works, site clearance, site set-up, transportation (including handling and lifting) from warehouse or fabrication yard to work site of materials (permanent and temporary) and equipment, in-situ concrete, pre-cast concrete, piling, excavations, shoring, fencing, man-holes, pits/covered tanks, sewer and water main renovation and ancillary works, pipelines and pipework (on ground, in trenches), roads and pavings, earthworks, ground investigation, building works, reinstatement, drainage works, dewatering, cable ducting (below ground), procurement, supply and delivery of some permanent materials such as reinforcing steel, concrete, ducting, grating, procurement, supply and delivery of consumables, painting, waterproofing, inspection and testing, removal of excess and waste materials from the worksite upon completion of the work, participation in constructability reviews, participation in risk review sessions and preparation of risk assessments, preparation of as-built and materials traceability drawings, weld record/NDE drawings and the compilation and presentation of certification packages.Structural works - structural fabrication, pre-fabrication, transportation (including handling and lifting) from warehouse or fabrication yard to work site of prefabricated assemblies, materials, and equipment, structural construction, procurement, supply and delivery of consumables, Inspection and testing, removal of excess and waste materials from the worksite upon completion of the work, participation in constructability reviews, participation in risk review sessions and preparation of risk assessments, preparation of as-built and materials traceability drawings, weld record/NDE drawings and the compilation and presentation of certification packages.The Project is on Call-off basis

The works include construction and upgrade of security building, modification and repair of office building, upgrade of security wall, modification of gates, upgrade of parking and yard.Construction and upgrade of security building includes reinforced concrete framework, block walls with plastering and painting, arrangement of roofing, steel and aluminium doors and windows, MEP, HVAC works and installation of fire system. Modification/repair of the existing building includes: arrangement of openings in existing block walls; installation of partitions using construction blocks, gypsum plasterboard and aluminium partitions; installation of MEP, HVAC and fire systems. Also, installation of external lighting and video surveillance systems in the yard area.

The works included civil works (arrangement of new walls and partitions, tiling works in bathrooms, raised floor and carpets installation, suspended sealings installation, plastering, painting), installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply system, sewage and fancoil condensation piping systems, fire alarm, fire detection and firefighting systems, electricity, low currents. The listed works were executed by a third party.IDC was carrying out quality control of materials and executed works, control of compliance with design, project schedule and project financial part.
