LLC Oceaneering is carrying out replacement of SPM at Baku-Supsa Oil Pipeline. IDC scope is to assemble hoses for New SPM and dissemble hoses of old SPM. IDC provides various equipment (cranes, forklifts, motorboats, generators, lighting towers, containers etc.) for the Client. Also, IDC is providing various category personnel, such as Project Coordinator, Project manager, Site Supervisor, Hose assembly Supervisor, Hose Assembly Technician, HSE Officers, Lifting Supervisors, Riggers / Slingers etc. IDC scope includes onshore works of SPM replacement. The works are performed at Poti Port in Georgia.

This shall include without limitation to: Buildings, Physical Security installations and high pole perimeter lights, Roads, paving’s, walkways and hard standings within perimeter fencing of worksites, All lighting and illumination fixtures and fittings, Television system, including required cable TV licenses, hardware, Set Top Boxes, Recreational facilities, Mechanical installations, Electrical Installations including primary power generation and distribution, Fire and life safe systems and modules, including appliances, Voice and data systems, All graded and paved roads inside the worksites, Security systems including fences and other ancillary equipment, Installed capital equipment including but not limited to Power Generators, Power Distribution, Potable Water, Sewage Treatment, Site Drainage System, HVAC, Hot & Cold Water, Automatic Fire Detection System, and Firewater System (excludes Security Systems). catering and laundry equipment, traffic management systems, and the like.
The works include modifications and repair of the building. Modification/repair of the existing building includes: arrangement of new partitions with block walls and gypsum board structure; upgrade kitchen and toilet spaces, renovation of painted walls, arrangement power networks, lighting, data networks, video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarm detection system.

The works include construction and upgrade of security building, modification and repair of office building, upgrade of security wall, modification of gates, upgrade of parking and yard.
Construction and upgrade of security building includes reinforced concrete framework, block walls with plastering and painting, arrangement of roofing, steel and aluminium doors and windows, MEP, HVAC works and installation of fire system. Modification/repair of the existing building includes: arrangement of openings in existing block walls; installation of partitions using construction blocks, gypsum plasterboard and aluminium partitions; installation of MEP, HVAC and fire systems. Also, installation of external lighting and video surveillance systems in the yard area.
The works included civil works (arrangement of new walls and partitions, tiling works in bathrooms, raised floor and carpets installation, suspended sealings installation, plastering, painting), installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply system, sewage and fancoil condensation piping systems, fire alarm, fire detection and firefighting systems, electricity, low currents. The listed works were executed by a third party.
IDC was carrying out quality control of materials and executed works, control of compliance with design, project schedule and project financial part.
Specifying location of underground utilities (cables, water and sewage pipelines, gas pipeline, various optical cables etc.); Topographical and geotechnical filed works; Laboratory analyses of soils; Providing detail design drawings and report; Agreement of design documentation with railway department and Obtainment of other construction permits.

Execution of design works for Supsa Camp of Baku-Supsa oil pipeline. Basing on the design, the existing pipework was replaced at external area and inside of Supsa Camp. The work included replacement of hot water, cold water and heating pipelines. In total, 630 m internal network pipes and 940 m external network pipes were replaced. Also, existing diesel-powered tank was replaced with new electrical water heater, equipped with softener and pumps.

Managing QA/QC at the construction site – supervision of excavation, installation of formwork, backfilling and compaction, inspection of concrete at batching plant and on site, application of riprap, reinstatement, material control, warehouse auditing, supervision of preparation of all documents related to quality; managing commissioning system based on Guidance on Certification concept.
Scope of services includes design of protective structures (if necessary) and carry out their construction at river banks and crossings using riprap, gabions, Reno Mattresses and concrete/reinforced concrete structures. Production of relative as-built drawings. The contract is based on Call Offs.
By December, 2013 IDC Ltd has completed rehabilitation of 28 river crossings, where in total 56,613 m3 of soil were excavated, 33,409 m3 of riprap were arranged, 3,362 m3 of gabions and Reno Mattresses were installed. Total area of the construction works was 26,748 m2.
Also, 4 landslide areas were rehabilitated with total excavation volume of 7,577 m3 and installation of 4,202 m3 of gabions and Reno Mattresses.

Supervision for upgrading Km 0 - -Km 27 and Km 27 – Km 54 section of Vaziani-Gombori-Telavi Road.
IDC Ltd acted as a “Local Associate” of MMM Group limited (“Lead Consultant”). Works were conducted in accordance of FIDIC guidelines and included supervision of: road rehabilitation, arrangement of bridges, gabions, retaining walls, water drainage and reinforced concrete channels.
Topographical and geotechnical surveys were performed. Reinforced concrete foundations for STP units (RBC Unit, Twin Effluent Pump Station, UV Chamber and Mag Flow meter), concrete surroundings and pipelines from STP facilities to r. Supsa were designed in accordance with provided dimensions. Layout schemes for STP facilities were determined.
Provision of topographic works in order to construct accommodation facilities in Gardabani PSG1 and Tetritskaro PSG2, determination of ground volumes needed to cut out(excavate) and scatter. Determination of layout of accommodation facilities and utilities needed to be directed towards them.
Temporary measures, for protection of Pipelines from washout, have been designed at the river Shamkirchai and permanent measures are in the stage of designing. Designing includes arrangement of concrete and riprap barrages, arrangement of river bed revetment structures by means of riprap.
