Renovation Project of MSGQ Building

IDC successfully completed the car parking arrangement project for the US Embassy. The scope of work included the provision and installation of 120 l.m. of metal fence sections and modification of the existing fence, fabrication and installation of an automatized sliding door, and installation of a metal frame LGF booth. Additionally, IDC constructed a storm water drainage system for the parking area, including connection to the existing system and construction of a storm water collector pit with metal grills. The area was prepared and paved with 800 sq.m of asphalt, and vehicle stopper barriers were installed and painted to complete the project.

The works include modifications and repair of the building. Modification/repair of the existing building includes: arrangement of new partitions with block walls and gypsum board structure; upgrade kitchen and toilet spaces, renovation of painted walls, arrangement power networks, lighting, data networks, video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarm detection system.

The works include construction and upgrade of security building, modification and repair of office building, upgrade of security wall, modification of gates, upgrade of parking and yard.Construction and upgrade of security building includes reinforced concrete framework, block walls with plastering and painting, arrangement of roofing, steel and aluminium doors and windows, MEP, HVAC works and installation of fire system. Modification/repair of the existing building includes: arrangement of openings in existing block walls; installation of partitions using construction blocks, gypsum plasterboard and aluminium partitions; installation of MEP, HVAC and fire systems. Also, installation of external lighting and video surveillance systems in the yard area.
