Area 80/81 Warehouse and Office space project

Provision of design and construction of risk reduction geotechnical measures for eroded sites and landslides at 8 locations along WREP & SCPx oil and gas pipelines. The measures include elaboration of detailed remediation design and subsequent installation of 1,700 m3 of reno mattresses and gabion walls, as well as ripraps and berms; provision of environmental assessments (including E&S Risk Assessment) and re-cultivation plans.

Design of rehabilitation measures of Liakhvi river crossing, site preparation, 68 868 m3 soil excavation, 15 000 m2 geotextile filter layer installation, 19 043 m3 riprap installation to armour the river banks, 21 320 m3 riprap installation for arrangement of threshold across the river bed, 24 290 m3 excavated soil backfill and installation of fill, installation of dam with 2 810 m3 local sand/gravel, distribution of 40 374 m3 surplus soil within the river bed and at riverside slopes, supply and delivery of 34 460 m3 of stones, site reinstatement, preparation of as-built drawings.

Scope of services includes design of protective structures (if necessary) and carry out their construction at river banks and crossings using riprap, gabions, Reno Mattresses and concrete/reinforced concrete structures. Production of relative as-built drawings. The contract is based on Call Offs.Within this project IDC Ltd completed rehabilitation of 28 river crossings, where in total 56,613 m3 of soil were excavated, 33,409 m3 of riprap were arranged, 3,362 m3 of gabions and Reno Mattresses were installed. Total area of the construction works was 26,748 m2.Also, 4 landslide areas were rehabilitated with total excavation volume of 7,577 m3 and installation of 4,202 m3 of gabions and Reno Mattresses.
