Processing route options and selection of final route; provision of topographical, geotechnical and hydrological surveys; elaboration of pipeline plan and profile, plan of crossings, typical drawings, work scopes, MTO, calendar schedule and organization chart of construction works. Obtainment of construction permit. Length of gas pipeline is 19.6 km.

Project planning and scheduling, monitoring and reporting of physical and financial progress, quality assurance, HSE assurance, procurement. Carry out construction works such as – construction of road base with sand-crushed stone material, supply and installation of asphalt road surface to follow the existing gravel road route from the new PSG1 camp to the main public road, constructing shoulders from sand-crushed stone material, supply and installation of all new road drainage systems, supply and installation of walkway barriers, provision of all painted road markings.

Civil works - temporary works, site clearance, site set-up, transportation (including handling and lifting) of materials and equipment, in-situ concrete, pre-cast concrete, piling, excavations, shoring, fencing, man-holes, pits/covered tanks, sewer and water main renovation and ancillary works, pipelines and pipework (on ground, in trenches), roads and pavings, earthworks, ground investigation, building works, reinstatement, river crossings works, drainage works, dewatering, cable ducting (below ground), procurement, supply and delivery of materials and consumables, painting , waterproofing, inspection and testing, removal of excess and waste materials from the worksite upon completion of the work., preparation of as-built and materials traceability drawings, weld record/NDE drawings and the compilation and presentation of certification packages.

Structural works - structural fabrication, pre-fabrication, transportation (including handling and lifting) of pre-fabricated assemblies, materials and equipment, structural construction, procurement, supply and delivery of consumables, inspection and testing, removal of excess and waste materials from the worksite upon completion of the work, preparation of as-built and materials traceability drawings, weld record/NDE drawings and the compilation and presentation of certification packages.

The Project is on Call-off basis.

Execution of design works for Supsa Camp of Baku-Supsa oil pipeline. Basing on the design, the existing pipework was replaced at external area and inside of Supsa Camp. The work included replacement of hot water, cold water and heating pipelines. In total, 630 m internal network pipes and 940 m external network pipes were replaced. Also, existing diesel-powered tank was replaced with new electrical water heater, equipped with softener and pumps.

Detail Design for all disciplines required for the Services including, but not limited to: mechanical, structural, piping, stress, process, corrosion, welding, instrumentation, electrical, safety/fire, automation, telecommunications, materials, package/vendor, civil including erosion control, landslide mitigation and river crossings enhancement works engineering. The Project is on Call-off basis.

Erosion control and reinstatement works at River Crossings, which includes but not limited to river bank and bed reinforcement works with Riprap, Maccaferri gabions, concrete structures and etc; Reinstatement and recovery of the preconstruction vegetation and etc. The Project is on Call-off basis.

Provide Company with construction, civil engineering, design, surveying and general Project services as per detailed Scope of Work described in Call-Off’s, which shall be issued by Company time by time. The works performed / to be performed at any site/s required by Company inclusive of, but not limited to, pipeline river and canal crossings, access roads, pipeline over-ground installations etc.

The services are performed along BTC and WREP Oil Pipelines, SCP Gas Pipeline and at BP’s facilities, including pump stations, pressure reduction stations, PSG1, PSG2, pipelines right of way, valve stations, river crossings, Supsa terminal, storage yards etc.
The services include - road repair, gravel work, equipment repair, response to land slips and other erosion-related emergencies, remedial works, manual handling, small civil constriction works, mechanical works, provision of laborers, provide and maintain winter access to a set number of block and check valves, provision of materials, equipment, plant and machinery, transportation services for heavy and light loads. The Project is on Call-off basis.
