Fortification of river Supsa, Tkhilnara and Kvintskali crossings of the WREP Pipeline.

This project involved a comprehensive renovation and infrastructure upgrade of the Port Sea Port Administration Building, focusing on both exterior and interior improvements to enhance functionality, efficiency, and safety. The scope included painting the entire building facade and applying thermal insulation to improve energy performance. Existing doors and windows were dismantled and replaced, with slopes around them plastered for a clean finish. Tin sheet shelves and parapets were installed along the facade, along with a newly arranged water drainage system integrated into the exterior structure. The stair steps were fully dismantled and replaced, including painting and restoration of the fire escapes. Inside and outside the building, the sewage system was upgraded by replacing old piping, connecting bathrooms to the new sewer lines, and enclosing vertical pipes with a proper channel system that was aligned according to room layouts. Electrical works included the installation of a new electrical board, distribution panels, and cabling infrastructure, as well as a complete overhaul of the building’s lighting system. This renovation ensured the building met modern technical and safety standards while significantly improving operational conditions for the administrative staff and visitors.

Carry out construction works such as – Excavation of damaged road section for installation flume pipes, Installation of flume pipes, arrangement concrete headwalls, arrangement protection walls with gabions, installation of reno-mattresses in the river bed, widening the river bed, arrangement road surface with rip-rap.
