Inspection of the technical condition / sustainability and general safety assessment of existing 18 buildings

The expertise was conducted for the following elements of the buildings at APM Terminal in Poti:

• Foundation
• Load-bearing walls
• Columns and beams
• Metal structure
• Roof structure
• Floors and ceiling
• Stairs and railings
• Exterior walls (including façade system)

General safety assessment of the buildings was also carried out:

• Fire safety hazards – alarm systems, fire extinguishers, sprinklers, emergency exits, signage.
• Electrical safety hazards – wiring, power outlets, electrical equipment.
• Health hazards – mold, asbestos, pests, poor ventilation.
• General workplace safety hazards – tripping hazards, blocked exits, improper storage.
