Permanent Accommodation Area consist of the following facilities: bedroom facility for 24 persons, kitchen/dining facility, guard house, generator enclosure and fuel storage shed, sewage treatment plant, smoking shelter, waste segregation area, outdoor recreation area, parking area, court. The work included the following designs: area vertical planning architectural, structural, indoor electrical system; outdoor security lighting, water supply, sewer system, heating, ventilation, security CCTV system, fire alarm system etc. For the design were applied local standards as well as British Standards, IBC-2000, NFPA 101
