LLC Oceaneering is carrying out replacement of SPM at Baku-Supsa Oil Pipeline. IDC scope is to assemble hoses for New SPM and dissemble hoses of old SPM. IDC provides various equipment (cranes, forklifts, motorboats, generators, lighting towers, containers etc.) for the Client. Also, IDC is providing various category personnel, such as Project Coordinator, Project manager, Site Supervisor, Hose assembly Supervisor, Hose Assembly Technician, HSE Officers, Lifting Supervisors, Riggers / Slingers etc. IDC scope includes onshore works of SPM replacement. The works are performed at Poti Port in Georgia.

The works include servicing, maintenance, testing/verification, repairing, asset registry, providing asset identification tags and where required re-placement, of infrastructure, buildings, services and equipment of Baku-Supsa and Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipelines and South Caucasus Gas Pipeline.

This shall include without limitation to: Buildings, Physical Security installations and high pole perimeter lights, Roads, paving’s, walkways and hard standings within perimeter fencing of worksites, All lighting and illumination fixtures and fittings, Television system, including required cable TV licenses, hardware, Set Top Boxes, Recreational facilities, Mechanical installations, Electrical Installations including primary power generation and distribution, Fire and life safe systems and modules, including appliances, Voice and data systems, All graded and paved roads inside the worksites, Security systems including fences and other ancillary equipment, Installed capital equipment including but not limited to Power Generators, Power Distribution, Potable Water, Sewage Treatment, Site Drainage System, HVAC, Hot & Cold Water, Automatic Fire Detection System, and Firewater System (excludes Security Systems). catering and laundry equipment, traffic management systems, and the like.

The works include modifications and repair of the building. Modification/repair of the existing building includes: arrangement of new partitions with block walls and gypsum board structure; upgrade kitchen and toilet spaces, renovation of painted walls, arrangement power networks, lighting, data networks, video surveillance, access control, intrusion alarm detection system.

Structural works - structural fabrication, pre-fabrication, transportation (including handling and lifting) from warehouse or fabrication yard to work site of prefabricated assemblies, materials, and equipment, structural construction, procurement, supply and delivery of consumables, Inspection and testing, removal of excess and waste materials from the worksite upon completion of the work, participation in constructability reviews, participation in risk review sessions and preparation of risk assessments, preparation of as-built and materials traceability drawings, weld record/NDE drawings and the compilation and presentation of certification packages.

The Project is on Call-off basis.

The works include construction and upgrade of security building, modification and repair of office building, upgrade of security wall, modification of gates, upgrade of parking and yard.

Construction and upgrade of security building includes reinforced concrete framework, block walls with plastering and painting, arrangement of roofing, steel and aluminium doors and windows, MEP, HVAC works and installation of fire system. Modification/repair of the existing building includes: arrangement of openings in existing block walls; installation of partitions using construction blocks, gypsum plasterboard and aluminium partitions; installation of MEP, HVAC and fire systems. Also, installation of external lighting and video surveillance systems in the yard area.

The works included civil works (arrangement of new walls and partitions, tiling works in bathrooms, raised floor and carpets installation, suspended sealings installation, plastering, painting), installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply system, sewage and fancoil condensation piping systems, fire alarm, fire detection and firefighting systems, electricity, low currents. The listed works were executed by a third party.

IDC was carrying out quality control of materials and executed works, control of compliance with design, project schedule and project financial part.

Specifying location of underground utilities (cables, water and sewage pipelines, gas pipeline, various optical cables etc.); Topographical and geotechnical filed works; Laboratory analyses of soils; Providing detail design drawings and report; Agreement of design documentation with railway department and Obtainment of other construction permits.

Construction works included demolition of reinforced concrete tunnel and manholes and construction of new one; Dismounting old oil pipes and arrangement of new pipes; Preparation of as-built drawings.

Extensive renovation project for the US Embassy.

Execution of design works for Supsa Camp of Baku-Supsa oil pipeline. Basing on the design, the existing pipework was replaced at external area and inside of Supsa Camp. The work included replacement of hot water, cold water and heating pipelines. In total, 630 m internal network pipes and 940 m external network pipes were replaced. Also, existing diesel-powered tank was replaced with new electrical water heater, equipped with softener and pumps.

4 boreholes with a total length of 32 m were drilled within an area of 10880 sq. m., 4 CBR tests were conducted, laboratory tests of physical-mechanical and chemical properties of the soil samples taken from the boreholes were conducted.

Detail Design for all disciplines required for the Services including, but not limited to: mechanical, structural, piping, stress, process, corrosion, welding, instrumentation, electrical, safety/fire, automation, telecommunications, materials, package/vendor, civil including erosion control, landslide mitigation and river crossings enhancement works engineering. Erosion control and reinstatement works at River Crossings, which includes but not limited to river bank and bed reinforcement works with Riprap, Maccaferri gabions, concrete structures and etc; Reinstatement and recovery of the preconstruction vegetation and etc. The Project is on Call-off basis.

Provide Company with construction, civil engineering, design, surveying and general Project services as per detailed Scope of Work described in Call-Off’s, which shall be issued by Company time by time. The works performed / to be performed at any site/s required by Company inclusive of, but not limited to, pipeline river and canal crossings, access roads, pipeline over-ground installations etc.

Call-Out manpower and equipment supply for South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion Project (“SCPX’) early works and facilities worksites.

The services are performed along BTC and WREP Oil Pipelines, SCP Gas Pipeline and at BP’s facilities, including pump stations, pressure reduction stations, PSG1, PSG2, pipelines right of way, valve stations, river crossings, Supsa terminal, storage yards etc.
The services include - road repair, gravel work, equipment repair, response to land slips and other erosion-related emergencies, remedial works, manual handling, small civil constriction works, mechanical works, provision of laborers, provide and maintain winter access to a set number of block and check valves, provision of materials, equipment, plant and machinery, transportation services for heavy and light loads. The Project is on Call-off basis.

Performance of preparatory works such as: preparation of PCP documentation, design, personnel training, machinery preparation, furnishing, and personnel trainings etc. for CSG2 Road Camp Construction works.
Worksite preparation in three levelled terraces. Quarry operations and installation of perimeter fencing and all necessary underground services to make the Camp operational. Construction of highway acceleration and deceleration lanes in both directions on the Millennium Highway.
Installation of the utility distribution systems, such as electrical, telecommunication, fire detection, water, sewage and firefighting.
Erection of the prefabricated construction camp buildings, facilities and utility plants foundations in accordance with supplier’s instructions and with supplier’s assistance.

Topographic, geotechnical and hydrological calculations. Elaboration of detailed design including structural calculations of bridge piers, steel superstructure and roadway reinforced concrete slab. Construction works included earthworks, reinforced concrete works for piers and roadway slab, arrangement of steel superstructure using I-beams, installation of steel railing.

The services are performed on Call Off basis in respect of the Company’s Export PL’s - WREP and SCP Georgian sectors with approx. length of 373km (WREP) and 250km (BTC/SCP) extending from the Azerbaijan/Georgian border to Supsa Terminal (WREP) and the Georgian/Turkish border. Survey and detail design included the following, but not limited to: mechanical, structural, piping, corrosion, welding, electrical, safety/fire, automation, telecommunications, erosion control, landslide mitigation and river crossings enhancement.

Scope of services included provision of senior surveyor, assistants to surveyors and skilled technician.

Provision of topographical works and services, production of situation plans and longitudinal profiles (as a baseline input for engineering design), provision of logistical and administrative services in connection with the above.

Managing QA/QC at the construction site – supervision of excavation, installation of formwork, backfilling and compaction, inspection of concrete at batching plant and on site, application of riprap, reinstatement, material control, warehouse auditing, supervision of preparation of all documents related to quality; managing commissioning system based on Guidance on Certification concept.

Scope of services includes design of protective structures (if necessary) and carry out their construction at river banks and crossings using riprap, gabions, Reno Mattresses and concrete/reinforced concrete structures. Production of relative as-built drawings. The contract is based on Call Offs.
By December, 2013 IDC Ltd has completed rehabilitation of 28 river crossings, where in total 56,613 m3 of soil were excavated, 33,409 m3 of riprap were arranged, 3,362 m3 of gabions and Reno Mattresses were installed. Total area of the construction works was 26,748 m2.
Also, 4 landslide areas were rehabilitated with total excavation volume of 7,577 m3 and installation of 4,202 m3 of gabions and Reno Mattresses.

Execution of topographical and geotechnical surveys, detail design of the building, which included all elements of the building, such as structural, mechanical, HVAC, electrical etc.
Construction of three story office with total area of 900 sq.m. Works included earth works for foundation, installation of foundation slab, columns, beams and ceiling slab with r/c structures, hydro insulation of foundation and ceiling slab, arrangement of walls and partitions with various materials, their plastering and painting, installation of windows and doors, installation of water supply, sewerage and power networks, arrangement of bathrooms and toilets, arrangement of flooring, heating/ventilation/air conditioning, computer and phone networks, window jalousies, provision of office furniture. Pavement of 2,000 m2 yard with reinforced concrete.

Scope of services includes monitoring topographic survey of SM and DM existing on the landslide sections and faulty zones alongside the AGT Pipelines in Georgia (in Krassovsky 1940 absolute coordinate system). Topographic works are carried out with Total Stations after which new data or Monuments are compared to that of old ones. In total baseline survey of 204 existing monuments should be carried out.

A scope of services includes, but it is not limited to the supply of personnel to perform investigations, discipline and design services supporting projects as directed by COMPANY. Engineering technical discipline include topography, geotechnical, structural, civil, architectural, HVAC, mechanical, electrical.

Geotechnical and topographic survey, vertical planning. Design of: drainage for rainwater runoff, hot and cold water distribution system, architectural design including finishes, layout, windows, doors, etc, structural design, concrete roads and pavements per BTC standards.

Drilling of boreholes, 60 l.m., geotechnical reconnaissance of research area, topographical survey of approximately 60-hectare area (scale 1:1000), production of report.

Drilling one borehole (with depth of 5-10 m) at each site of tower installation; taking soil and water samples from the boreholes and performance of their laboratory analysis; preparation of geotechnical report (geotechnical investigations for installation areas of 56 towers has been performed up to date); inspection of tower foundation design provided by the client and performance of expert examination; supervision of arrangement of tower foundation and tower installation works during construction activities; laboratory testing of concrete test cubes, inspection of tower verticality, inspection of certification of the materials

Supervision for upgrading Km 0 - -Km 27 and Km 27 – Km 54 section of Vaziani-Gombori-Telavi Road.
IDC Ltd acted as a “Local Associate” of MMM Group limited (“Lead Consultant”). Works were conducted in accordance of FIDIC guidelines and included supervision of: road rehabilitation, arrangement of bridges, gabions, retaining walls, water drainage and reinforced concrete channels.

Topographical and geotechnical surveys were performed. Reinforced concrete foundations for STP units (RBC Unit, Twin Effluent Pump Station, UV Chamber and Mag Flow meter), concrete surroundings and pipelines from STP facilities to r. Supsa were designed in accordance with provided dimensions. Layout schemes for STP facilities were determined.

Provision of topographic works in order to construct accommodation facilities in Gardabani PSG1 and Tetritskaro PSG2, determination of ground volumes needed to cut out(excavate) and scatter. Determination of layout of accommodation facilities and utilities needed to be directed towards them.

Temporary measures, for protection of Pipelines from washout, have been designed at the river Shamkirchai and permanent measures are in the stage of designing. Designing includes arrangement of concrete and riprap barrages, arrangement of river bed revetment structures by means of riprap.

Conducted works comprise the following:
- Arrangement of Wind Turbine Foundations and Cable Ducts at Block Valves 03 and 16 of BTC Pipeline.
- Fence Repair Works at Block Valves 15 and 16 of BTC Pipeline.
- Arrangement of Reinforced Concrete Trackways for Turbine Removal at PSG 1 and PSG 2.
Works include detailed design as well as construction.

Works consist of:
- Earth works, ditch arrangement around the site, area fencing, internal road arrangement, concrete sidewalk arrangement, area landscaping.
- Bedroom facility/connecting hallway and kitchen-dining facility construction (with total area 1020,8 sq.m.). These activities included construction of the foundation, foundation slab, columns, beams and ceiling slab with the r/c structures; also, arrangement of walls and partitions with various materials, their plastering and painting, winterization (warmth-keeping) of the foundation. Arrangement of steel trusses and purlins, roofing of buildings with galvalume-coated metal materials. Buildings were furnished with metal plastic windows, metal doors, iron-framed wooden doors, metal plastic doors and etc. Arrangement of indoor electrical system; outdoor security lighting, water supply, sewer system, heating, ventilation, security CCTV system, fire alarm system.
